The systems they had in place were causing problems and complexities that became inefficient and did not allow for well-informed decisions to be made. In addition, they did not have tools like BI, AI, and chatbots that could have simplified operations and provided relevant feedback. they were looking for a solution that harnessed the latest technology to integrate processes effectively and enhance human resource management.
